Data needed to provide the service
We store your account and verification details, private prompts, inputs, model responses, reviews, conversation summaries and usage records. Anonymous sessions use a browser credential. Draft inputs and record identifiers are stored in your browser until cleared.
Model and payment providers
When you submit a task, its instructions and relevant conversation context are sent to ZenMux and the selected model provider. Those providers process content under their own terms and policies. We cannot promise zero provider retention or make claims about provider training settings without verifying the selected service configuration.
Waffo processes hosted checkout. We retain order references, payment status, credited amounts, tax and settlement evidence; payment-card details are handled by the checkout provider. Google handles Google sign-in, and our email provider delivers verification and account messages.
Private access and deletion
History and report endpoints require the matching session or account. Reports are not published to permanent public URLs. Deleting a comparison or conversation removes its prompt and answer content. A task already accepted by a provider may finish for cost reconciliation, but its deleted content is not restored.
Account deletion removes saved product content and disables access. Necessary order, credit and usage audit records remain with a de-contented reference so that charges, disputes and misuse can be investigated. Deletion here does not itself erase records held separately by a provider or copies you downloaded.
Abuse prevention and operational data
Daily scoped, keyed IP hashes help limit repeated anonymous grants. Product analytics use business identifiers and aggregate states, not prompts, answers or email addresses. Operational access is restricted to authorized staff.
