Haiku5-5.com is an independent third-party tool, not an Anthropic or OpenAI product. Model names and trademarks belong to their owners. Model access, capabilities and prices can change.
Your inputs and responsibility
Only submit material you are authorized to process. Do not abuse accounts, payment services or access controls. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete; this service does not provide professional advice or a guaranteed quality ranking.
Credits and usage
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire. A completed purchase unlocks batch comparisons; actual model usage continues to consume credits. Available rate versions are displayed separately from official manufacturer API estimates and are pinned to submitted tasks.
Credits cover normalized input and billable output, including reasoning already included in output. A definitely failed comparison row is not charged. Truncated or low-quality outputs can still be charged. Uncertain provider outcomes remain pending until reconciled. Chat summaries require confirmation and incur their own usage.
Availability and stopping work
Requests may be rejected before submission for unavailable models, insufficient balance or resource limits. Cancelling a batch stops rows that have not started; it does not guarantee cancellation of a request already accepted by a provider. Deleting content does not undo completed usage.
Refunds and support
Refund requests are reviewed individually by email at [email protected]. Please include the order reference and relevant details. No automatic refund entitlement is created by an output rating. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law requires us to honor.
